I. Scope of Services
Weck Automobile GmbH specializes in:
- Vehicle Sourcing and Export: Procuring and exporting premium vehicles to international clients, both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).
- Consultancy Services: Providing expert advice on vehicle importation, exportation, and procurement processes.
- Facilitation of Transactions: Assisting in the seamless execution of international vehicle sales and purchases.
- Vehicle Inspection & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all vehicles meet high standards before delivery.
II. Contract Formation
A binding contract is established when:
- You submit an official order request through our website, email, or direct inquiry.
- We acknowledge receipt and accept your order by sending a confirmation email.
- Payment is received in full from your account as per the agreed terms.
Note: Payments must originate directly from the buyer’s account. We do not accept payments from third-party sources to comply with local and international regulations.
III. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
- Inclusions: Prices may include or exclude VAT, customs duties, and other applicable fees, depending on the destination country.
- Payment Method: Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer. Detailed bank account information will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Payment Timeline: Full payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle is shipped or delivered.
IV. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
- Delivery Options: Buyers can choose to handle the exportation of the vehicle themselves or delegate this responsibility to Weck Automobile GmbH.
- Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the buyer once the vehicle is handed over to the shipping provider or, if the buyer opts to manage exportation, upon collection from our premises.
- Shipping & Insurance: Buyers may opt for shipping insurance at an additional cost. Weck Automobile GmbH is not liable for damages incurred during transit unless insurance is purchased.
- Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and registration fees in their respective countries.
V. Retention of Title
Ownership of the vehicle remains with Weck Automobile GmbH until full payment is received. Vehicles will not be released for shipment or collection until payment has been confirmed.
VI. Vehicle Condition, Warranty, and Liability
- Vehicle Condition & Inspection: Vehicles will be inspected before shipment, and detailed reports will be provided upon request. Buyers may also request independent inspections at their own cost.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: Vehicles are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Weck Automobile GmbH does not offer additional warranties.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for damages or losses occurring during transportation. However, we will assist in processing any claims with the shipping provider if applicable.
VII. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before the vehicle is shipped. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and sourcing costs.
- Refunds: Once the vehicle has been shipped or collected, refunds are not possible.
VIII. Compliance with Import/Export Regulations
- Due Diligence: Buyers must ensure compliance with their local import regulations before purchasing a vehicle.
- Restrictions: Some countries have stringent import regulations (e.g., the USA requires vehicles to be over 25 years old for import). It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and adhere to these regulations.

X. Force Majeure
Weck Automobile GmbH shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, wars, or government-imposed restrictions.
- Supply chain disruptions beyond our control.
- Strikes, cyberattacks, or technical failures affecting business operations.
XI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
XII. Amendments to the Terms
Weck Automobile GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
